I was in Salina last weekend for a meeting, and was concerned about a strange noise under the hood of my Nissan Maxima. I made inquiry of your service manager Bill Morse without any appointment. He took my car for a test drive and diagnosed and corrected the (minor) problem immediately, as a courtesy to a stranded Nissan customer. He was courteous and professional, and very, very helpful.

Thanks so much for the great customer service I received from you when my clutch went out on my 2001 Nissan Frontier while traveling from Colorado to South Carolina. I am the one who was pulling the U-Haul Trailer. You took good care of me while I had to stay over for two days to get my truck repaired. I noticed a problem with leakage, during the remainder of my drive to South Carolina - took my truck in to Crown Nissan, Greenville, S.C. and had them take a look at it. They discovered that the leak was due to a spring that didn't get positioned right during the re-assembly, causing it not to seal correctly. You stood by your warranty on the work done @ your service center and covered the cost of the repairs done to correct the leak. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your excellent customer service and I would highly recommend you to others. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!
